We cordialy invite you to attend the Home Barista workshops in Wise Cafe of Novotel & Ibis Poznan Centrum hotel. During the meeting you will be able to expirience everyday coffee in unconventional way. The workshop will lead us through the history of discovering coffee, its origin and the path it passes from the fruit of a coffee tree to the burnt grain found in our mill.
 
The workshop focuses on the following issues:

• History of discovering coffee in Africa and its global expansion
• Why can coffee be grown only in specific regions?
• Processing coffee from the fruit of the coffee tree to the green grain
• Types of Italian coffees and the way they are stored in the Wise Cafe
• Coffee speciality - quality at a higher price
• Alternative coffee brewing methods - Chemex, Aeropress, French press

 
The workshops are run in our cafe by one of the baristas. Tasting of many types of coffee and ending gifts for each participant are provided.
